This agreement is governed by the laws of republic of India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the city of Mumbai, state of Maharashtra, India in all/any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of propertyokplease.com site. You, as a website surfer, unregistered user, gold or platinum Member are free to surf the website and its pages as desired.

Some special services, videos, images, bulk deal offers, pre launch invites are accessible to our gold & platinum members only after they subscribe to the same paying the required fees. POP reserves the right to apply the gold & premium membership privileges to certain projects which might include/exclude new projects, pre launch projects, investor properties, resale properties in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, India. You agree to clarify the brokerage (consultancy fees) payable to POP, Zybeq Media Solutions for each and every transaction including brand new property bookings, resale property dealings, rental property dealings, etc.

As gold & platinum as well as registered members you shall receive regular updates on rates, real estate news, property newsletter, property alerts from POP or partner sites on your email id, mobile phone, etc. for shortlisted projects, properties and general listings. POP shall try its best to keep you updated with the latest projects across Mumbai but shall take no responsibility in case it is unable to do so for any reason whatsoever.

Refund

POP shall not be liable for any kind of refund for the membership fees under any circumstance whatsoever.

Limited Liability

POP/Zybeq Media Solutions takes no responsibility and authenticity of the information provided on our site as the information is from builders & third Party sources. Before posting any information on our site POP/Zybeq Media Solutions undertakes due diligence for all the content including the content for under construction projects, resale properties, lease, rental properties, etc. You agree that you shall use this information with discretion and after verifying all the facts and figures.
